First, let me say how much I appreciate the time and patience everyone has exhibited in answering questions in this forum. I am sure at times it gets rather tedious and repetitious but rest assured it is appreciated!
My question:
I can appreciate why someone would Bi-amp ... ie: one amp for the bass and one amp driving the rest of the speaker. That makes sense to me. However, when it comes to bi-wiring I'm at a loss and hope someone might turn a lightbulb on for me. You have, basically, two wires attached to the same output terminal of the amp. with one going into the low end of the speaker and the other the upper range.(of course, repeated for the neg. side too) How is this better than having just one wire from each output terminal of the amp going into the inputs of the speaker with the use of the jumper provided by the speaker manufacturer?

Thank you,
Jeff
