First off I love this forum.
I purchased my system based on all recommendations of the folks on here - so thank you everyone.
So I basically now have a (1) Music Hall MMF-2.2 Turntable, a (2) Music Hall A15.2 Integrated Amp, and am purchasing (3) Monitor Audio Silver 2 bookshelf speakers (hat tip to bierfeldt for the suggestion).
I want to also connect this system to my TV so that the sound comes through the speakers. Unfortunately I don't have much room so the speakers will be on a shelf (not on a stand). My question is (and sorry for my ignorance) - do I need additional speakers to make it sound good...or great. I dont have a sub or a center speaker and wasn't planning on getting any but wanted to hear your thoughts about just connecting the TV to these speakers!
