I am new to this site but hope someone can provide some workable solutions for me.....?

I am trying to do a conversion as my hifi system is packing up; I have read lots of sites but am getting really muddled about how to proceed - are subscribers happy to help if I detail my hifi sockets etc please, so I can get the right lead connections to start with?
