I have inherited two Mark III monoblocks, and an ST-70 from my dad. He built them in the 1960s. I don’t need both setups, but wonder what folks’ input would be on getting either the pair or the ST-70 up and running. Which way should I go? I could use the proceeds from the sale of either to have what I keep recapped and fine tuned.
I also wonder what the best fit in terms of preamp would be? I know the Dyna PAS-3 was paired with the Mark III’s, but I don’t know where it ended up. No dice.
