I have a Krell Amp, which is a really great amp, but I have pretty regular dual Altec Lansing desktop speakers connected. I want suggestions of better speakers that would conform to my room setup. I have an elongated rectangular room with a computer desk in a corner. I have space for two speakers on either side of my monitor and room for a sub if needed underneath. I listen both sitting in front of the desk and on my bed which is elsewhere in the room so it is pretty important that the speakers sound good even if I am not in the sweet spot. My budget rn would be 800 and below after spending so much money on the Krell amp I can't spend more than that. The music I listen to is varied but includes Rock, Metal, World Music, and limited Hip Hop.
