hello folks,
My name is john and I have just joined this forum.
I'm in Ohio, like to camp and flyfish and occassionally ride my harley.
When things get a little tense I fire up the stereo, break out a cold beer and relax....which leads me to my question.
I have a guest house out back that I use as a bachelor's pad. It is where I have my stereo ( i I have just gotten into this type of equipment....amps and pre-amps and whatnot..)
Anyhow, I turn the heat off in the winter when I am not in the house and I am concerned about what the effect of really cold weather will have on my speakers. Presently, if I am going to listen to music I turn the heat on several hours in advance to warm things up.
I have searched the net but have yet to find anything on the effects of cold weather and speaker storage...
'Reckon you guys could help out a newbie?
thanks in advance, drinks on me....
john
