Recently I started a second system for my home office.
This will be the place for late night listening, or for more private moments of musical enjoyment.
Amplification and source are from my friend King Ip - from Hong Kong, owner and designer of Kingko Audio products.
The KA-101 is an integrated amplifier using EL84 for power, 12AX7 and 12 AU7 for preamp stage and 5AR4 as rectifier. It ouputs 12W x2 in class AB.
I also got his CD player, the CD-301 using both solid state and tubes for output.
And I paired it with Omega speakers and Hifiman open back headphones.
Everything matches perfectly, the synergies are fantastic!
