My little girl (the youngest, Lorelei.now 5 months) is a chronic spitter-upper..:).she is very , very, healthy but we go through a lot of jumpers and onesies.
our other little one (now 3) had a hx of spitting up a lot, too...the docs r/o pyloric stenosis for both...said they were just having an issue with the formula ingredients..so we switched to soy based and formula just for chronic spitter-uppers..no change..so gotta try a new strategy..
the cost of the commercial stuff is ridiculous too, and she eats/drinks A LOT! (3 bottles a night, god knows how many a day plus countless bowls of cereal(which is a homeade blend of barley, oats, and mashed fruit). of course we dont qualify for WIC (ha! thats a laugh..we only have two kids instead of 14 and live in the country legally and work, pay our taxes, try to have nice things, and busted our asses to get get good college educations)
anyway.. any good homemade formula suggestions?
she is weaned for a month now..wife gearing up to work full time, so we are looking at healthy and cost effective alternatives to the rocket fuel laced infamil.
