What does the following mean?

Sensitivity: 98dB/W (at 1m distance)

Also:

Freq. Range: 50-20,000Hz (anechoic chamber)

Freq. Range: 30-20,000 (normal listening room)

The last two are sort of self-explainitory except what is anechoic chamber and a normal listening room.
