Hi all,

As a newcomer to the hifi world I would like your opinions on floorstanding speakers and integrated amp.

Is it wise to pair ATC SCM40 ‘s with a second-hand Accuphase E-210 (or
E-211)?

Is this amp able to support the musical and technical capabilities of the speakers even If they will operate at the highest volume level (in theory) without concerns on heat them up beyond normal level?

Is it wise to choose the ATC amp SIA2 150, or is it an overkill for those specific speakers since their price (at least in Europe) is basically the same?

Since the SIA2-150 does not have a DAC, any suggestions on a similar price range network player? The NAIM ND5XS is one choise however I don’t know about its DAC chip quality.

Trick question; Is there a 3-way speaker model that ATC replaced SCM40 with?

Thanks
