Someone told me yesterday that, if interested in an HDTV, to wait 1-2 years and the new/next standard will be UDTV (U for Ultra) with much improved resolution.

I don't care enough to go into AV sites to research or ask this but maybe one of you dudes know if that's for real. thanks.
