I need guidance please. I want to purchase nice Bookshelf speakers for my PC. I will be using them mainly for music (all genres) and YouTube, and PS4. I've always had those stock PC 2.1 speakers. My room size is normal.
Should I get the Edifier S2000PRO for all its beauty and (apparently) good specs? Or would that be overkill for someone in my situation where the extra cost wouldn't be of value? Say, in comparison to Edifier R1700BT, which are a lesser model.
I'm just tying to understand what, in terms of pricing and specs, I would need to optimize my situation. I want to spend on S2000Pro, but is it a worthwhile investment if I'll usually be 1 meter away from them?
