I am very tired, but I wanted to drop a short note. Tonight's University of West Georgia Wind Ensemble's concert was excellent and much more melodic than the last, but they did perform again the premier work by Lucy Robert from France. It will give you a chance to compare the two performances.

Tonight's concert is nearly an hours worth of music. I will work on mastering it over the next couple of day for possible postal by Friday.

I got there early and did my darndest to find the campus maint. folks to get the HVAC turned off in the ballroom, but they could not find the controls that are probably run from a computer somewhere on the main campus. The noise is consistantly near -50 db the whole concert and is a real bummer for me, but it is there and I have to live with it.( This almost fits in SM's cassette revival. lol) I thought someone was going to talk to them earlier in the day, but that would be easy to forget if you are not an audiophile and a musician just playing in another noisey venue.

Regardless, still good stuff and more plans to make for next school year and some other stuff along the way.
