Hi! I am kind of green when it comes to setting up audio PROPERLY.
To keep the story short, I have got a Logitech Z5500 system rigged up to my TV via aux (3.5mm) cable. To spice things up ive bought a cheap wherferdale sub and fed pos/neg wires from the logitech sub to the wherferdales amp.
Now it all works, I was just wondering if it would be possible to make any imporvements at all. For some reason i get a feeling that one sub sounds nicer than two. Also would an optical cable do a drastic change? All I want is more lows without spending much. Should I play with the 2nd sub settings or change the cabling? I`ve used thick cables to run the signal from 1sub to other, so I suppose they create slightly more resistance? Would a thinner one help? I will attach the pictures. The small control pod is the main one I use for volume and stuff.
P.S. I know Z5500 is not the best quality, but I have enjoyed it so far, so I am looking forward to get proper answers without joking around.
Thanks in advance!!
