Hi, I've been away from albums for tooo many years and looking at adding to and/or rebuilding the system over the next 18 months.
Just getting set up again and I don't recall there being this large volume difference between the phono and other inputs.(used to be tape & tuner.. now CD & tuner)
My phono is approx 40% of the volume as everything else.. why is this?
Currently running a Marantz 6300 TT with a Shure M97 xE, Yamaha A-27 Int Amp w/ matching T-17 tuner (both of which very little info on) Cerwin Vega HED U10 speakers and Technics SL-PG300 CD player.
Any suggestions on the volume variance would be greatly appreciated. Don't want to carry this issue forward when adding/rebuilding.
Thanks!
