Need some clarification. Trying to do a power output adjustment on my amp. The instructions tell me to generate a 1K tone @ 250mv through the aux port then terminating the speaker output to an 8 ohm 50W dummy load. I assume they mean 250mvRMS. If so what would I need to set my test tone generator to, it only gives me a gain adjustment in dB?
