Hello,

I have just bought a Project Stereo Box RS amp. Its a class D amp with Tube input buffer stage.

I am running it with Neat Petite II.

I am getting quite an audible hiss from the speakers even with volume turned right down and the tubes off with no input to the amp.

Is this normal for Class D amps? What could be the source off the hiss?
