Unfortunately, there was no Measurement section. The PPP is sold based on the premise that the PPP keeps electric voltage constant and that THD is reduced. Accordingly, one's system will then sound better.
The review mentions that PS Audio hooks up a Fluke at audio shows to show the benefits but I would appreciate if you, Mr. Atkinson, can verify the claims of constant voltage and reduced THD. Sorry if I am 'old school', but I would like some verification other than the front panel meter of the PPP.
