This should be fun!
We all have a few tracks that always seem to amaze us and really make the system shine while putting a big smile on our faces, thinking to yourself (this is just ridiculously good audio nirvana)!
I'll start with my PERSONAL Top 5 and why. Pls list the format also...maybe others will discover new artists.

1. Ray LaMontagne - This love is over (vinyl)
Such a raw and emotional recording...had a neighbour crying after 40 secs :D

2. Louis Armstrong & Ella F. - Isn't this a lovely day (Verve Records vinyl)
Such a classic and the master recording is just brilliant! this song sounds amazing on every format...even Spotify ! I still can't figure out how they managed to record such pure sound with the tech they had in the 50's...tubes maybe?

3. Lana del Rey - Gods and Monsters (vinyl)
I just love those drums, can't get enough of it..the soundstage is HUGE, wall high! top lyrics to boost

4. Mario Biondi & Duke Orchestra - FFF (Five For Fun live) CD
Probably best drums solo...almost 2 mins long...stunning! I use it to fine tune the integration between speakers and subwoofer every time I change or upgrade something.

5. A tie for 5th between:
Diana Krall - Peel me a grape (Sacd)
Chris Jones - Long after you're gone (Sacd)

P.S. no fighting or judgmental on people's choices. Let's keep it clean and fun!
