The U.S. State Department has spent $70,000 on Obama's books. Sending them out as Christmas gratuities and stocking 'key libraries' around the world with "Dreams From My Father" more than 10 years after it's release.
Question is: Is this an appropriate way to spend taxpayers money? Especially with the current economic situation.
