Hi, I am new to this. I am looking at building a nice sound system for my TV room in the basement of my house. I have about 2500$. I don't listen to loud music...but I appreciate good sound. I will be using it for music, TV and a odd movie in that order.
My options are :
1)Speakers: 2 Paradigm Monitor 11 OR Wharfedale Jade 3(used,1 year old) OR Totem Rainmaker
2) Receiver/amplifier: Marantz SR5012 OR Anthem MRX310 OR Cambridge audio cxa60 or a 10 year old used NAIM unitiqte
Am I better off with a AV receiver or should I go with a integrated amplifier + 2 speakers? Should I consider a 3rd center speaker for my TV and Movies....
Area of my room is about 15'X15'
