Dear Members,
Have we grown our community to the point of perhaps needing a more dedicated moderator?
This off topic posting, in many cases, is getting a bit out of hand. There would seem to be some regular posters who obsessively pick apart posts only to lead the thread, and other posters responses to same, into a free for all!
I see no indication of our current moderator attempting to curb these actions, and worry it may ultimately be an undoing of participation by current and future members.
I realize it is hard to stay on topic at times, but a bit of moderation helps set the tone and trains the participants in some form of forum etiquette.
Your thoughts most welcome.
