I was advised to go with Diamond 220 speakers which seem good for me and are in the right price bracket, but I came across a deal for some Rega R1s which seem to be in good condition. They would be slightly cheaper than the Wharfdales but when they were in production seem to have been sold for a higher price with good reviews.
Any thoughts? Would they match that amp? If the Wharfdales are better I'll go with them, I just thought I'd see if I'd found a really good deal.
