As I am still new to this hobby, and a newbie to the forum, can someone clarify if TOSLINK is a preferred means of interconnect instead of the RCA/BNC/Balanced wars that appears in the cable forum? Or is Toslink just one of may choices with its' own pluses and minuses? To clarify my system; I have a Pioneer Elite Blu-ray with a NAD T763 Receiver and the always fine PSB Sync One's.
Having just once connection from source to preamp seems to be a good idea, can someone offer some clarity?
