I was waiting for the January issue knowing it may be a bit late due to xmas when low and behold Februaries issue showed up . I called the subscription office to inquire about the lost issue and was told they had run out . They said they would extend my subscription for one extra month . I explained that I had every issue since January 93 and was hoping to keep the collection complete . That fact seemed to be of little consequence to the fellow on the phone who again tried to divert my attention to the extra issue. I offer to purchase the January issue as a back order but was told there were non to be purchased .

  When I got off the phone I called two of my local audio club members that were also subscribers and found that neither of them received the January issue . At that point we new the issues had not been lost in the mail .

   I realize it's a small thing in a world with many major problems and there's not much I can do but when my renewal notice shows up they'll be getting a letter in place of a cheque .
