Subscription started Jan 05, 6 months into subscription, starts receiving soliciting reminders from J.Chandler to renew my subscription with messages like "Last chance for two year savings", "Rush renewal form", etc. etc. etc.
This is one of my biggest "hot buttons".
However I understand the need to secure subscription base, fee, revenue and above all, "customer service" and all that jazz.
So that's where the "garbage bin" is useful.
Except - September issue is missing!

How long does it take to send a replacement copy?
And you start asking me to renew six months into the subscription????
Seems like you should rethink your priorities in staffing!
Excellent magazine but don't go there with your organization capabilities.
