I feel confident that the problem will be resolved, but I'm not sure when.
I'm wondering, however, if the Zinio edition is "not very usable as it is," why don't you subscribe to the print issue? I'm just curious about how you're using the Zinio tool and what your expectations are.

Actually I should elaborate. Zinio is actually very usable on the PC platform but quite a bit less on the Mac platform. I have been subscribing Zinio from day one and swear by it. It is invaluable especially for those of us who are overseas, saves a lot of shipping costs and delays.
However, I do not read it from the screen alone as it is tiring and geographically limiting. I would like to be able to print article or two to read while traveling or in transit.
I don't really want to waste carbon by asking you to ship me a copy via air. Just wondering if you could ask Zinio to fix this issue and the previous month. And for future issues as well.
